An international festival that reflects the trends of contemporary art will be held in Gangneung \u2013 the gateway to Korean Peninsula and the faces of\u00a0 Pacific Ocean. Gangneung shows a rich play culture encompassing the modern and contemporary times, such as the Gangneung Danoe Festival, the Sunrise Festival, and the Coffee Festival.
