옥천동 웨어하우스는 강릉의 구도심으로 도시재생사업이 활발히 이루어지는 옥천동 동부시장 근처에 자리한다. 과거 양곡 창고로 사용된 이곳은 GIAF23 기간에 공간 업사이클링을 통해 누구에게나 열려 있는 전시공간으로 탈바꿈했다.

The Okcheon-dong Warehouse is situated close to Dongbu Market in the historic district of Gangneung, which is currently undergoing a vibrant urban regeneration initiative. Having previously functioned as a granary, the warehouse was repurposed into an exhibition space accessible to the public during the festival.
