GIAF23 supports Foreign Language Docent in collaboration with the interpreting team of Dabom Human Rights Center Foundation, which has a wide range of interpretation resources. Migrants living in Gangneung utilize their native languages to provide artist and artwork explanations of the festival to foreign language speakers visiting GIAF23.
