The Okcheon-dong Warehouse is situated close to Dongbu Market in the historic district of Gangneung, which is currently undergoing a vibrant urban regeneration initiative. Having previously functioned as a granary, the warehouse was repurposed into an exhibition space accessible to the public during the festival.
